3. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: Services must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or in person. Confirmation will be sent via email or text.

Rescheduling/Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notice may result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service fee.
