• Hair and scalp restoration treatments – including detox, hydration therapy, and growth stimulation

• Protective styling – such as Velvet Crown Twist, Crown Foundation Braids, and child-friendly styles

• Holistic skin treatments – focused on gentle purification, nourishment, and balance

• Wellness rituals – including aromatherapy, restorative massage, and faith-inspired care routines

2. Eligibility

• Our services are available to women aged 18 years and older.

• Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent to use our services.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Booking: Services must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or in person. Confirmation will be sent via email or text.

• Rescheduling/Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

• No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notice may result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service fee.

4. Wellness Membership Plans

• Membership Options: Clients can select from a variety of wellness plans, offering access to monthly restorative treatments such as scalp detox, hydration therapy, skin renewal sessions, and holistic massage rituals.

• Service Guidelines: All services must be scheduled in advance. Missed or late appointments without notice may result in forfeited sessions or rescheduling fees.

• Cancellation Policy: Memberships may be canceled with 30 days' written notice. Unused sessions do not roll over, and refunds for unused time are not available.

Customized Holistic Treatment Plans

• Personalized Services: All wellness treatments are tailored based on each client’s unique scalp condition, hair goals, and lifestyle preferences. Accurate consultation details are required to ensure the best results.

• Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the customized nature of our treatments and time reserved, all bookings are non-refundable once scheduled.

• Adjustments & Revisions: Changes to treatment plans or rescheduling may incur additional fees, depending on notice and availability.

6. Holistic Beauty Services

• Disclaimer: Holistic treatments are designed to promote relaxation and well-being but are not substitutes for medical advice or treatments.

• Client Responsibility: Clients must inform our staff of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment.

7. Pricing and Payments

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

• Deposits: Certain services require a deposit to confirm the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices for services and products. Confirmed bookings will not be affected by pricing changes.

Clients agree to:

• Treat staff and other clients with respect and courtesy.

• Comply with salon and spa rules during their visit.

• Avoid misuse or inappropriate handling of equipment and products.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or engages in disruptive behavior.

• Use of Products: Medical Crowns is not liable for any adverse effects arising from the misuse of our products or services.

• Client Responsibility: Clients assume responsibility for their personal belongings during their visit. Medical Crowns is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Medical Disclaimer: Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Clients should consult with a medical professional for health-related concerns.

10. Privacy Policy

• Medical Crowns respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

11. Refunds and Returns

• Service Refunds: Refunds for services are not available once the service has been provided.

• Product Returns: Only unopened, non-custom products in their original packaging are eligible for returns within 14 days of purchase.

• Mediation and Arbitration: Disputes will first be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration.
